What is a processing unit?

A processing unit is an operational allowance for AI processing of a row or document task. Indicative usage depends on document length, number of columns, selected model, and output size. That is why Rowvia shows actual usage where available.

AI models and PU usage

Rowvia can use different AI models depending on whether the task needs lower usage, a balanced result, or more strength for difficult documents.

Practical rule: start with the balanced model. If the task is simple, try cheaper nano. If the result is not good enough, process the same data with a stronger model and expect higher usage.

What Rowvia.ai provides

Rowvia.ai is an AI spreadsheet automation service for extracting, summarizing, transforming, classifying, and structuring business information from spreadsheet rows, uploaded documents, URLs, and text inputs.

Processing unit details and legal limits

A Rowvia processing unit is a service usage allowance for AI spreadsheet and document-processing tasks.

One processing unit is roughly calibrated against the current default model, gpt-5.4-mini, and is designed to cover one typical medium document-processing task in Balanced mode, such as processing a document of up to about 10 pages with one standard prompt and compact structured output.

Actual usage may be lower or higher depending on document length, number of rows, selected columns, prompt length, output size, selected model, and whether documents are reused across rows. If a cheaper or smaller model, such as nano, is sufficient for the task, the same number of PU may process more documents. Stronger or more expensive models may consume more PU for the same task.

PU add up across purchased packages. Workspace limits, such as storage and maximum file size, follow the best active package; a weaker newer package does not downgrade a stronger active package.

Processing units are not money, electronic money, stored value, a gift card, voucher, or transferable balance. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, resold, or exchanged.

Checkout and payment terms

Paid packages and any subscriptions may be bought after sign-in by card in EUR through Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record, or requested through Czech bank transfer / QR payment where Rowvia.ai remains the seller of record. Bank transfer orders are accompanied by accounting documents such as a proforma invoice and a tax document after payment where applicable. Exact price, payable currency, taxes, access period, and payment instructions are shown before purchase.

Customers can review the package, price, currency, taxes, access period, and order details before completing payment and should correct any errors before purchase.

For individual customers, bank/QR payment orders for paid digital processing require an explicit request for immediate service activation after payment, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends. Already consumed processing units and provided digital processing are non-refundable to the extent allowed by law. For refund rules, see the Refund Policy.
