Rowvia.ai Terms of Service

These terms describe how Rowvia.ai may be used and what responsibilities apply when using the service.

1. Provider and legal identity

Rowvia.ai is a product and trading brand operated by RNDr. Jiří Hroza, a sole proprietor registered in the Czech Republic, European Union. Company ID / IČO: 04055659. VAT ID / DIČ: CZ7907273748. Registered address: Sladkovského 1341/7, Blansko, 67801, Jihomoravský kraj, Czech Republic. Contact: rowvia@rowvia.ai.

2. Service description

Rowvia.ai is an AI spreadsheet automation service for extracting, summarizing, transforming, classifying, and structuring business information from spreadsheet rows, uploaded documents, URLs, and text inputs.

3. Accounts and access

You may use Rowvia.ai only if you are legally capable of entering into these terms and are not prohibited from using the service under applicable law.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate account, billing, and contact information when using paid features.

4. Customer data and uploaded content

You retain ownership of documents, prompts, notes, spreadsheet data, URLs, text inputs, and outputs you add to Rowvia.ai. You grant the service a limited right to process that content to provide Rowvia.ai, including storage, extraction, AI processing, support, billing, security, and troubleshooting.

The handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. AI outputs and responsibility

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. Customers are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them, especially where outputs affect business, legal, financial, operational, or personal decisions.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You must not use Rowvia.ai to make or support automated decisions or categorizations about individuals in employment, credit, insurance, housing, education, healthcare, legal, law enforcement, immigration, or similarly significant contexts.

You must not use Rowvia.ai to generate or process deepfakes, impersonations, biometric identification, spyware, phishing, malware, illegal scraping, unlawful surveillance, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful content.

You must not use Rowvia.ai for medical, legal, financial, investment, credit, insurance, or other regulated professional advice unless you are solely responsible for independent human review and legal compliance.

7. Payments, subscriptions, and usage quota

Paid access may be sold as one-time packages or subscriptions that include software access, document storage, and AI processing quota. Subscription terms, renewal timing, price, taxes, and cancellation details are shown at checkout. For individual bank/QR payment orders, Rowvia.ai asks for explicit consent before immediate activation of the digital service after payment.

Usage quota is a measurement of access to Rowvia.ai processing features. It is not money, electronic money, stored value, a gift card, a voucher, or a transferable balance. It has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, resold, or exchanged.

8. Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to the Refund Policy. Because Rowvia.ai provides digital AI processing services, processing that has already been consumed after explicit immediate-service consent is generally non-refundable to the extent allowed by law. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

9. Third-party payment processors and Merchant of Record

EUR card payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. The checkout identifies the seller of record for payment, tax, invoicing, and refund purposes. For Czech bank transfer / QR payment orders, RNDr. Jiří Hroza / Rowvia.ai remains the seller of record.

Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record may handle checkout, payment, applicable taxes, invoices, subscriptions, cancellation, refunds, chargebacks, PCI compliance, buyer support, and buyer transaction terms according to its applicable buyer terms. Rowvia.ai may use other payment processors if shown in the payment flow.

Questions about card payments through Lemon Squeezy may be raised through the contact or support flow shown during checkout, in the receipt, in the buyer portal, or on the Lemon Squeezy website. Questions about your Rowvia account, document processing, and Czech bank-transfer orders are handled by Rowvia.ai at rowvia@rowvia.ai.

10. Availability and changes to service

The service may change over time. Features may be added, modified, limited, or discontinued. We aim to operate Rowvia.ai reliably, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

11. Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if you violate these terms, fail payment, create security or abuse risk, or use the service unlawfully. You may stop using the service at any time.

12. Disclaimers

Rowvia.ai is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. No warranty is made that outputs will be correct, complete, or fit for a particular purpose.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages is excluded. Where liability cannot be excluded, any liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, unless mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law will resolve disputes.

15. Buyer support, complaints, and contact

Buyer support is available by email at rowvia@rowvia.ai. Include your account email, order or invoice reference, and a clear description of the question or problem.

We aim to acknowledge support and complaint messages within 5 business days and to resolve them, or provide a status update, within 30 days depending on complexity.

Payment, invoice, subscription, and refund questions for Merchant of Record checkouts may also be raised with the payment provider through the provider contact, receipt, or buyer portal shown at checkout.
