Each source becomes one row
Rowvia is designed for workflows where several documents, URLs, or text inputs need the same structured output. It prepares consistent columns for every source, so you can compare values, review cells, correct them manually, and export the result for Excel, Google Sheets, or downstream tools.
- PDF, DOCX, TXT, Markdown, URL, and pasted text in one workflow
- one source per row for comparison and review
- manual cell checks before export
- XLSX export for use outside Rowvia.ai
EU-hosted processing and passwordless sign-in
The Render API/backend, worker, and Postgres database run in Frankfurt, Germany. Uploaded files are stored in Cloudflare R2 with EU jurisdiction. The frontend is served through a global CDN, while document processing and file storage stay in the European setup. Sign-in uses OAuth or magic links. Rowvia never asks for your Google or Microsoft password.
For document workflows where the output should be a table
More practical than plain text extraction
The goal is not just to read text from a file or web page. Rowvia extracts the specific fields you need from different sources and puts them into repeatable columns.
A product shaped by real use cases
Rowvia is in its first public version. Results should be reviewed, especially for important documents. The product is being improved based on real use cases.
